Not a Member? If you are a current, former, incoming or retired chief judge of your court, you are eligible for membership in the Council of Chief Judges of the State Courts of Appeal provided membership dues are current and your court's membership is in good standing. If you are not sure of your court's standing in the Council, please contact Serena Kestner at skestner@ncsc.org.
