TOPIC

The Austin Bar Association and the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court in presenting this video have said:  “As captured by the Lawyers’ Creed. ‘(t)he conduct of a lawyer should be characterized  at all times by honesty, candor and fairness.  In fulfilling his or her primary duty to a client, a lawyer must be ever mindful of the profession’s broader duty to the legal system.’  There is also a certain fictional professional soccer coach who holds his team to similar ideas.  As that coach once famously said, ‘For me, success is not about the wins and losses.  It is about helping these young fellas be the best versions of themselves on and off the field….’

Modeling professional and civil practices are core principles of the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court”.   We believe that these principles apply to all of us in the legal profession.  Enjoy the video.
